The patient had a mouth full of decay. It might seem that all the teeth should be removed, but we were able to save the teeth by a crown lengthening procedure.

The structures of all teeth were extended with crowns. Because each one of the teeth was weak, all teeth were bonded to support each another. No single tooth was extracted.
