This patient complained that it was hard to chew the food. The back gums also felt uncomfortable when chewing the food. Delusions of taste sometimes occurred. We found out that the teeth were not aligned properly because the crowns were moved. The roots were also infected. The delusions of taste could have been caused from a metal allergy.

The second photograph shows the upper teeth with corrected occlusion after all the crowns were removed. Because we performed gum and endodontic treatments, the uncomfortable feelings of the gums disappeared. The delusions of taste were also gone. |
